Cancellation & Refund Policy

At WBW (Worn by Winners), we ensure quality in every piece. However, if you are not satisfied, we have policies for returns and exchanges.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted. To cancel, email us immediately with your Order ID.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 3-day return/exchange window from the date of delivery for defective or incorrect items.

• Eligibility: Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in original packaging.
• Process: Email hello@wbw.co.in with photos/video of the issue.
• Approval: We will review and approve valid claims.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved: Refund processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Rejected: Item shipped back to you at your cost if it doesn't meet criteria.

Exceptions

Sale items, accessories, and worn items are final sale (non-returnable) unless defective. Defective items qualify for a full refund or replacement.
