Delivery Timeline

We ship from Bengaluru, Karnataka. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days via standard couriers. Please note that remote areas may take longer due to logistics.

Orders are confirmed via Email/WhatsApp/SMS. Delays due to courier issues, weather, or disruptions are not our liability, but we encourage you to track your package proactively.

Shipping Restrictions

• Domestic Only: We only ship within India at this time. No international shipping is available.
• Verified Addresses: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or unverified addresses. Please provide a complete street address and contact number.
• Operating Days: No shipments are dispatched on Sundays, public holidays, or during strikes/courier disruptions.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

• Lost Packages: If your order is not delivered within 15 days, please file a claim with us for a full refund or replacement once confirmed lost.
• Damaged on Arrival: Inspect your package upon delivery. If damaged, note it on the invoice and contact us within 48 hours at hello@wbw.co.in with photos for a free replacement/refund.
• Undelivered Packages: If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. We will refund the amount minus shipping costs or reship at your cost.
