These simple terms outline the agreement between Worn by Winners (WBW), a premium apparel brand based in Bengaluru, India and its customers for online purchases. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

General Terms

  • Products and Pricing: All products are premium quality t-shirts. Prices are listed in INR, exclusive of GST where applicable and exclude shipping unless stated. We reserve the right to update prices or discontinue items without notice.
  • Payment: Accepted via UPI, cards, net banking, or wallets.
  • Shipping and Delivery: Ships within India via standard couriers. Delivery takes 5-10 business days from Bengaluru. Delays due to courier issues are not our liability.
  • Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed via Email/WhatsApp/SMS. We may cancel orders for stock issues, fraud, or errors, refunding fully.
  • Please follow instructions of the labels/tags on the garments strictly.
  • Standard terms and conditions of the company shall apply. Decision of the company in all respects shall be final and binding.

Returns Policy

  • Eligible Returns: 7-day return window from delivery for unused items upon submission of proof of purchase and in original packaging, tags intact, no odors/smells/damage. Applies to sizing issues or defective products only—no returns for "change of mind".
  • Return Process: Contact hello@wbw.co.in with order details and photos within 7 days. We'll provide a return label (you cover initial shipping back). Refunds issued to original payment method within 5-7 days of inspection.
  • Exchanges: Available for size/color if stock permits, same process as returns. Shipping fees apply both ways unless defective.
  • Non-Returnable: Customized prints, sale items or worn/washed/torn items. Defective items qualify for full refund/replacement.
  • Product Care: Always handle WBW products with care using straight cold water wash.

Liability and Disclaimers

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screens/prints. We ensure high-quality fabrics but not liable for wear/tear from misuse.
  • Limitation: Our liability is limited to product price. No consequential damages.
  • Governing Law: Karnataka, India. Disputes resolved amicably or via Bengaluru courts.

Intellectual Property Protection

  • Ownership: All trademarks, logos, designs, slogans (e.g., "Worn by Winners"), graphics, and content on our website, products, and packaging are owned exclusively by WBW licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use them without prior written permission.
  • Customer Use: Purchasing a product grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to wear and display it. No rights to resell, sublicense, or create derivative works (e.g., remixing designs for your own merch).
  • Infringement: Unauthorized use of WBW IP is prohibited and may result in legal action, including injunctions, damages, and recovery of legal fees under Indian law (e.g., Trademarks Act, 1999). Report violations to hello@wbw.co.in

Shipping Restrictions

  • Only ships within India (no international at this time).
  • Cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or unverified addresses; provide complete street address and contact number.
  • No shipments on Sundays, public holidays or during strikes/couriers' disruptions.
  • We ship from Bengaluru, Karnataka. Remote areas may take longer due to logistics.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • Delays: We aren't liable for courier delays, weather, or customs (domestic). Track proactively.
  • Lost Packages: File a claim if not delivered within 15 days; full refund/replacement once confirmed lost.
  • Damaged on Arrival: Inspect package at delivery. Note damage on invoice and contact us within 48 hours with photos for free replacement/refund.
  • Undelivered (3 Attempts): Returned to us; we'll refund minus shipping or reship at your cost.
